Fallen_Horse
1. That's a badass soy milk you have there. The best I have seen is 8g protein per cup.2. I didn't know there was a vegan Kashi product out there.3. Sweet Jesus 940 calories.
ForwardConcern
Yah the ingredients to the cereal are just soy grits and grains. Edensoy is the best soymilk there is in my opinion they also have really high manufacturing standards and standards when sourcing there soy. Highest protein soy milk I can find. ForwardConcern
My mistake I guess there's honey in it. Don't see the point though it doesn't seem like there is any sweetner at all. I personally don't worry about honey but that's just me (insert criticism here). But not stressing over such things has kept me on a 99.9% Vegan diet for 16 years so far. ForwardConcern
Whats your weight? I need around 2500 to maintain my weight and 1000-1500 to cover my work day and training. I weigh about 180 and it's what I need to keep it up. I'm gonna need more when I wanna gain weight.
