blueduckxx
what do yall do?I'm having Thanksgiving at my in-laws who are non-vegan. I am bringing my own dish, but still. It's kind of weird for me since they're on a 3 meal schedule, while I am on 6 mini meals. anywho, hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving regardless! what's your fav Thanksgiving dish? hellguy
My in-laws are understanding of mine and my sons dietary choices(vegetarian). They willingly prepare alternatives and never get offended if we do not eat what they do. They even enjoyed our "giblet" gravy alternative. 1 can of cream of celery, 1 can of cream of mushroom and some "not-chicken" chicken broth. They taste almost identical. A tofurkey, wheat rolls, stuffing, and some green bean and hashbrown casseroles and life was good. I am blessed to have very supportive in-laws. Heck, they even read the labels to make sure animal broth or by-products aren't on the list of ingredients. Where the attitude goes, the mind goes. Where the mind goes, the body goes. Where the body goes, others will follow.
