Now I want to make a cheese sauce with nutritional yeast for smothering on burgers or burritos. Some I'm seeing online require flour or cornstarch...not appealing. would it make sense to make the sauce for my mac n cheese and cooking it down in a pot? any suggestions?! thanks!
