1-banana

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup almond milk

1 cup water

2tsp vitamineral green and earth

1tsp spirulina

2tsp zeoforce

4 tsp friendlyfats

1 tsp maca

2 tsp brown rice protein

1 tsp healthforce vitamin c

1 tsp chia seeds

 

I'll take the banana, blueberries, almond milk, chia seeds, and spirulina, plus maybe the maca and protein, but I will leave everything else.
