vanilla ginger pear protein shake

My new obsession....

1 scoop vanilla bean plantfusion (or any plant based vanilla protein)
1/2 bartlett pear
2 tsp of fresh squeezed ginger (i buy this stuff from gourmet garden in a tube)
1/2-2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any plant based milk will do
I like to add a few dashes of vanilla extract but its fine without

great for postworkout or anytime snack

Thanks for sharing. I might try this myself, I love ginger and vanilla. My favourite drink is ginger beer. So maybe this will be a healthier alternative

This sounds amazing, thanks for sharing as I often get stuck in a same-old-food rut. I won't be able to get squeezed ginger juice but I'll try it with grated fresh ginger - I don't mind a few bits/lumps!
