Frayedendz Posted April 21, 2012 Share Posted April 21, 2012 My new obsession.... 1 scoop vanilla bean plantfusion (or any plant based vanilla protein)1/2 bartlett pear2 tsp of fresh squeezed ginger (i buy this stuff from gourmet garden in a tube) 1/2-2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any plant based milk will doI like to add a few dashes of vanilla extract but its fine without great for postworkout or anytime snack Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
