vanilla ginger pear protein shake

My new obsession....

 

1 scoop vanilla bean plantfusion (or any plant based vanilla protein)

1/2 bartlett pear

2 tsp of fresh squeezed ginger (i buy this stuff from gourmet garden in a tube)

1/2-2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any plant based milk will do

I like to add a few dashes of vanilla extract but its fine without

 

great for postworkout or anytime snack
