C.O. Posted June 2, 2013 Share Posted June 2, 2013 A lot of people do a protein shake before bed. Some dont like to drink so much liquid and have to wake up and pee in the middle of the night. tomvegan Posted June 13, 2013 Share Posted June 13, 2013 Like C.O. already mentioned, I take a soy protein shake before going to bed which consists of 500ml soy milk, 30gr soy protein isolate and a banana.
