I am starting prep for a bikini competition in December. I want to be extra planned so I am set up for success. I see that carb cycling is popular for this category, but I am a vegan. Has anyone else done this? If so, can you offer me some websites and/or examples of this.
I currently weight 135 and I am looking to drop some body fat. I believe my body far is somewhere in the 30% range and I am looking to drop it to 15%.
Any help would be great. I would prefer an e-mail because I don't know if I will check this very often.
