Can somebody critique this diet plan please?!

Not been a Vegan long, but always been into lifting/nutrition. As a 17 year old I have a super fast metabolism so aim for 3000+ kcal.

 

I just want someone who knows that they're on about to critique this, to see if im missing anything. Worried about Iron uptake.

 

Meal 1:

5 bananas

 

Meal 2:

6 Weetabix cereals w/ 500ml almond milk

Vegan protein shake 60g

 

Meal 3:

approx 200-300 cals fruit

Salad leaves w/ carrots, cucumber, pepper, celery

 

Meal 4:

Vegan protein shake 60g

5 bananas

 

Meal 5:

2 sweet potatoes w/ a little spinach

 

Snacks: 50g Almonds

 

 

 

Am i getting enough iron? Too little or too much of anything?
