I just want someone who knows that they're on about to critique this, to see if im missing anything. Worried about Iron uptake. Meal 1:5 bananas Meal 2:6 Weetabix cereals w/ 500ml almond milkVegan protein shake 60g Meal 3:approx 200-300 cals fruitSalad leaves w/ carrots, cucumber, pepper, celery Meal 4:Vegan protein shake 60g5 bananas Meal 5: 2 sweet potatoes w/ a little spinach Snacks: 50g Almonds Am i getting enough iron?
