Stir fry on a cold day.

Well, it's 15 (or less) degrees here in Matamoras, so I decided to make stir fry:

It's basically tofu and fried veggies on rice. I took pictures as I went along, but I'll post those later.

Of course not...Thai's put peanut butter(the call it peanut paste) in stir fry all the time

you can take a spoonful of peanut butter and drown it in soy sauce.

I have made stir fries with homemade peanut sauce from random ingredients a few times (always with soy sauce) and they have been my favorite ones I have ever had.
