Delicious Protein Nut Balls

I like these for after a work out. It's really easy to make too. This recipe makes about 20-25 balls.

2 Cups Almond or Peanut Butter
2 (big) Scoops of Soy Protein powder
2 really ripe bananas (I wait until they are brown)
2 tbsp. flax seeds or flax meal
1 tsp. natural vanilla (optional)
Handful of vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Mix together in a large bowl. Then roll into 2 or 3 bite balls and put on wax paper. Freeze for a couple hours or overnight. Enjoy!

Shouldn't these be called "fat" nut balls :P :shock:
but my oh my they look yummy.
