This recipe makes about 20-25 balls. 2 Cups Almond or Peanut Butter2 (big) Scoops of Soy Protein powder2 really ripe bananas (I wait until they are brown)2 tbsp. flax seeds or flax meal1 tsp. natural vanilla (optional)Handful of vegan chocolate chips (optional) Mix together in a large bowl. Then roll into 2 or 3 bite balls and put on wax paper. Freeze for a couple hours or overnight. Enjoy! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
