I made the recipe below, but swapped the sesame oil for olive oil and the celery for kale. And I picked Agave as the sweetener. I also left out the radishes (just didn't have any).
Oh man it is good. From the Raw Step by Step website.:
----------------------------------
Kitchen Sink Slaw

1 large parsnip

3 celery stalks
½ large onion
Finely shred vegetables using a box grater or the fine shredder on your food processor
Place vegetables in a large bowl
Dressing
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1-2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
Sea Salt or Herbamare to taste
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Place dressing ingredients in blender and blend until completely smooth, using water or juice if necessary to assist blending.
Pour over grated vegetables and stir.
