oregonisaac Posted March 18, 2007 Share Posted March 18, 2007 I made the recipe below, but swapped the sesame oil for olive oil and the celery for kale. And I picked Agave as the sweetener. I also left out the radishes (just didn't have any). Oh man it is good. From the Raw Step by Step website.:----------------------------------Kitchen Sink SlawMakes about 5 cups From the e-book: Remarkable Meals 1 cup radishes1 large parsnip1 large carrot3 celery stalks½ large onion Finely shred vegetables using a box grater or the fine shredder on your food processor Place vegetables in a large bowl Dressing ¼ cup sunflower seeds1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar1-2 tablespoons honey or agave nectarSea Salt or Herbamare to taste1 teaspoon sesame oil Additional water or orange juice if necessary to blend Place dressing ingredients in blender and blend until completely smooth, using water or juice if necessary to assist blending.
