Blossoming Lotus in Portland, Oregon.

They have a restaurant and catering service. 100% VEGAN and all or mostly organic.

Lots of raw stuff too. They focus on live foods and total health.

I did a google search for "vegan cater" and found a few possibilities. Only a few though. You could always start your own vegan catering business... there aren't enough of them in the world.

Yes...I agree. I could imagine it wouldn't be that hard to get a loan to begin one either since there isn't all that much competition. Its much different than a restaurant which fail more often than not. But so long as your not competing with many others it should work. Just find a vegan with a MBA and banks will throw money at you for this.

Iku here in Sydney does some catering I think.
The food is macrobiotic and vegan.
Have you ever loved someone so much you didn't care what happened to yourself?
You Just had to be with them.
If they look at you, your heart stops.
If you feel their breath on your skin, you just ache.
Have you ever craved someone so much you didn't exist anymore?

An MBA is a Masters In Business Administration. Banks are really liberal about giving loans to people with Masters degrees in business so long as you have a sound business plan.
