Barbeque/Grilling Ideas
Hey! My work is having a grill out at a park this weekend and I was looking for some of your favorite grilling recipes. What types of veggies do you love to grill? What dressings or marinades do you whip up? Is there a brand of veggie dogs or burgers that you love? Gimme all you got!

I like to grill tofu, bell peppers, summer squash, onions, mushrooms, corn, garlic, and tomatos, to name a few. Here's a recipe for grilled tofu that I make about once a week:
1 pound (extra) firm tofu
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lime, squeezed
1/4 cup tamari
1 tsp minced fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp powder ginger)
1 clove minced garlic
Dash of cayenne peper
Preperation: Cut tofu lengthwise into four filets. Mix together olive oil, lime juce, tamari, ginger, garlic and cayenne pepper. Marinate tofu in mixure for at least four hours.
