1 clove of garlic chopped
1 C with lemon
1 juice S. onion chopped
1 or 2 grated potatoes
3 or 4 bread sections
2 C with yeast S. malted in spangles
1 C with S. of tomato puree
salt - pepper

huile végétale

Mixer tous les ingrédients en une purée fine et homogène. Modeler de petites galettes, que vous ferez dorer à l’huile quelques minutes de chaque côté.
