I've only ever seen those as being pretty expensive. I just stick to the seeds and/or oil. I also use flax of course.

I've heard the shelled ones are better though, but i'm not sure if it's worth that much money.

Look up Manitoba Harvest. They have hemp-everything. I think they sell them by the tub at a reasonable price. Thought I don't know what reasonable would be to you :)

Has anyone tried the finer shelled hemp seeds? I was wondering if they are still nut size or if they are just dusty crumbs?

Here in Portland I just but them at any healthfood store. Some places we can even buy them in bulk.
I am sure that if you can not find them in your town, that you could order them online.

Oh...Hi! You can buy the in bulk at Peoples Co op in the refridgerator section. Probably at Alberta Co op too, (in bulk). Other than that I have seen them on the shelf at whole foods, New Seasons and Wild Oats.
Hope you find some!

Thanks lotus. I normally try to avoid the peoples co-op ever since they ripped off my name "CO"... Also since I am anti "people" and pro robots taking over the earth! Robot for president in 08! Wait didn't we already have a robot that was controlled by others for president for the last 8 years...?
