#1 Postby tommybricks » Sun Aug 12, 2007 6:03 pm

My mom's been making me vegan food for the past few months. She just brought over some zucchini bread. I don't have the recipe, but its freaking delicious!

My mother made me zucchini bread a few years ago (I *DOUBT* it was vegan though), and it was funny to see the look on my brothers face when he discovered there was zucchini in it. (To my brother, Spaghetti O's are one of the major food groups)

When I was a kid, our garden used to produce infinitely more zucchini than anyone ever anticipated - and this would happen every single summer. My mom made LOTS of zucchini bread!

I didn't really like it a whole lot at the time... but now that I don't have homemade treats from mom every day... wow... zucchini bread sounds heavenly! :)

Unless it's raw, you're not having it when I get down there. ;)
