It's been so damn long since I've had ranch dressing, I had sort of forgotten it exists, until I was on the vegcooking.com site and found this recipe.
It's outta-control good! Goes great with a spinach salad! It calls for 1/4 tsp. dill but I used more...cuz I'm a dillweed : ).
1/2 cup Nayonaise
1/2 cup Veganaise
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 rounded tsp. fresh chopped parsley
1-1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. dill
• Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy.
(I assume you can use all Veganaise (1 cup) or all Nayonaise (1 cup) as well if you don't have both.)
