How was the Whole Foods Market vegan pumpkin pie?
I thought the vegan pumpkin pie was great! My family liked it and did not think it tasted different or worse than a non-vegan pie.
Personally I thought it was probably better than a non-vegan version- None of that dairy and eggs heaviness/saturated fat/cholesterol. And the pumpkin-ness was fantastic.
Maybe I will try cooking my own sometime, but I did not want to try a first-time recipe to represent veganism at a holiday function
