Homemade beans and Homemade Tourtillas.

Take Beans, Onions, Fresh Garlic and Kayene Pepper( As much as you want) and add to boiling water( I use filtered water) and let sit, stirring occasionally. When the water seems to recede to which all the beans aren't covered in enough water to cook properly add more water. It takes roughly 2-4 hours to cook beans the right way( If you want the quick easy way you can substitute home cooked beans for Canned beans although it won't taste nearly as delicious.( Only add the salt when the beans are done. Do not add whenthey are hard. Add when they are really soft. For best results use non-iodized sea salt)

As for the Tourtillas( The hard part) use 2 cups of Whole wheat flour( Or whatever kind of flower you want) 1 cup hot water, a bit of sea salt, chopped and washed spinach, a pinch of cayene pepper and 4-6 teaspoons of shortening( I use organic shortening. Found at railey's for 5 bucks)

Mix either by hand or by a mixer. Keep adding flour until it get's a nice strong holding consistency. Then break into many little balls( Not too small or it will be too thin and not too big so you can make more tourtillas) Get a bowl out and add a good amount of flour. Get a rolling oin out and a cutting board. Every time you are about to roll a tourtilla add a small touch of flour so the ball won't stick when you Roll. Have a frying pan out to cook the tourtillas. On medium heat about 10-15 seconds on each side is enough. Have a tourtilla holder( Or anything that can hold the tourtillas) out to put the tourtillas in. Have a plate covering it to trap the heat to keep the tourtillas warm while you keep making more. Repeat with all the other tourtillas.

I call it a VEGAN MONSTER!!!!!!

For the bread it's 3 cups of flour, some hot water and sea salt. Mix and when it is dough shape into a patty and toss in oven or 10-20 minutes. Cut in half and repeat so the insides get cooked. now add the stuffing as you wish( I use Tomatoes, Onions and Spinach.

Who knows what my next meal will be( Besides me and the devine ones )

Well anyways I look forward to seeing other people's fantastic creations and seeing what they look like. The other topic I made in the other forum isn't like this since it was a Forum for The Legend of Zelda. Here I can see other Vegan dishes

haha this is nice dude, but a BOTTLE of soy sauce? Check how much sodium there is in one teaspoon. Talk about a salt overdose, you'll have to drink the great lakes to compensate.

Yeah I know. I'm definetnally cutting down on the soy sauce. I woke up every hour to get a drink. Anyways here.s what I am eating as of now.

Cook the Whole Wheat Penne Pasta for 10-15 minutes. While doing that stir-fry the potatoes( About 4 I used) until there nice and soft. I stir fry'd them in pepper and cinammon just to see.

Then add together with Soy Sauce( I used half a bottle for this meal) and constantly mix around until ingridients are nice, mixed and cooked.

Enjoy ^_^
