Wonderful Vinaigrette Dressing

#1 Postby Christoph » Fri Dec 14, 2007 11:21 am

I made this last night for one of our Meetups.

3/4 c. apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
1/4 - 1/2 c. olive oil, or flax oil
3-6 cloves garlic
2 Tbl pine nuts
2-3 Tbl tahini, or 1-2 Tbl mustard powder
1/4 c. Nama Shoyu
1/4 c. agave nectar

Place all ingredients in blender and blend!

Cool sounds good! If I made it, I think I'd put in a bit less garlic, that's a lot!

not bad my friend, really enjoyed it and couldn't have came at a better time. Just picked up some fresh lettuce on way home from gym and was about to dress it up. Thanks!
Where do you get your protein?
