I made Passion fruit Agar Jello shooters( I left out the alchohol from this test batch) and they came out with a weird almost grainy like texture....
Anybody have any suggestions for getting the consistency right?
Im looking for something like lychee coconut konjac jelly snack texture

I used the agar that comes in branch-like form, boiled it... the whole nine

I don't know if you can make this work without tons of agar...especially since it'll be harder to gel with the alcohol...even gelatin doesn't gel so well with alcohol.

ah.... oh well
