Hello fellow vegan friends!

Happy World Vegan Day!

Please take time to support or promote veganism in some way today and each day every year.

Just by being a member of this forum and website you are supporting veganism and there are many other ways you can help save lives.

Whether you share your lifestyle with a few non-vegans today, or buy vegan products supporting vegan companies, or give a presentation at school, or even something as simple as wear your Vegan shirt, you'll be helping all of us this World Vegan Day.

Have a great day and feel free to share any special recipes you make today!

Give an animal a hug, or make him/her a nice meal or something warm to sleep on.

Share extra love with those who need it most.

Happy World Vegan Day everybody!!!!

My adopt-a-farm animal packet came yesterday. I put out some farm sanctuary literature at work. Hopefully some people will stop by my desk to learn more.

Cool Renee,

I just finished showing a co-worker www.veganbodybuilding.com and telling him about the website and lifestyle. He also saw the DVD movie trailer I have and thought it looked "cool."

It's a great day to be Vegan, just like everyday is a great day to be vegan!
