Great story! Annie Dodge is lucky she ended up in the yard of vegetarians or her fate could likely have been quite different.

Interesting how many of the bovines escaped the slaughterhouse, jumping fences, running through city streets. They want to live every bit as much as we do.

Farm Sanctuary does rule. I'm glad Annie Dodge won her life. :D Thanks for posting SeaSiren. Hopefully people will realize cows, pigs, chickens, etc. want to live and deserve to live as well.
