Emerald Cup in Bellevue this weekend

If anyone is in the Seattle area (Bellevue specifically) there is a huge bodybuilding contest taking place called the Emerald Cup.

Ronnie Coleman and a bunch of other pro bodybuilders will be at one of the biggest non-pro shows in the world. There are half a dozen people from my gym competing and about 4 dozen going up to watch so it will be a really cool event.

My boss from work will be there too. He is a bodybuilder as well, so we have good times in the office.

So check it out if you're around and be sure to catch it next near if you get a chance, it is one of the best events to go to and I've been to nearly all the major shows.
