Hey Rob, do you know this guy?

His name is John Basedow, and he has his own line of videos called "Fitness Made Simple". He is always on TV and everytime I see him he reminds me of you for some reason. I know you know a lot of people, so I was just wondering.

I don't know him actually. I've seen John on TV a bunch of times and my friend Jordan and I talk about him sometimes. We think he's pretty funny. He has some funny ways of posing that are cool to watch. He's a pretty lean guy, but that is pretty much all I know about him. I haven't watched much TV in a long time so I'm not up to date with what he's up to, but I assume the same thing as usual; encouraging others to get fit and have nice abs.
