Been on it for quite a few months - just check for VeganEssentials and you'll find our account!

We don't post to it too often, as I get thoroughly annoyed when people decide to update every time they're doing so much as going to the bathroom :D Once or twice per day is plenty as far as I'm concerned!

We also will occasionally advertise some Twitter-only specials via our account, so if anyone shops with us, it doesn't hurt to get a few extra deals that you won't find anywhere else

I like Twitter because it doesn't have all the bullshit that Facebook does.

It's more simple.

People like twitter because it gives them the illusion of self importance. What they don't realize is that no one cares that they went to the grocery store today or just took a dump.
The time used on twitter would be better served actually doing something meaningful, like reading a good book, going to a self development seminar, working on their career skills, going to the gym, or anything else that would actually translate to real life importance. My $0.02.

Just like the time used to make these posts. I assume every minute of your day is optimally utilized?

I don't see the point but I've also never tried it. I'm still trying to figure out what the big deal is with facebook, especially with their horrible new home page.

People really twitter that they're pooping?

It's just a fun way to get amusing little updates from your friends and respond to them. It's lightweight and fast, very easy to use from any mobile device. The character limit forces some absurdism into the whole thing. And it can be fun to get updates from "celebrities" if they're particularly funny or interesting. For example, I follow Neil Gaiman, Bill Corbett, Si Spurrier, and Michael Ian Black, among others. But 95% of those I follow are personal friends.

That depends on who you follow, but yes. Definitely.

In the interest of full disclosure, I have received two poop-based tweets in the past hour. Make of that what you will.
