Well I've perfected my daily breakfast routine and I'm quite proud of it.

Cold cereal:
Beno the Granola King Hazlenut Hemp !
http://thegranolaking.com/products/gourmetgranola.htm
A 2KG bag costs $28 at famous foods. It's expensive but addictive as crystal meth and tastes great. And there are even little 'fortune' messages in each bag.
So Good soymilk original classic . Must be the classic original, not the original.

Added onto the cereal is 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds, and shelled hemp seeds each.
Then added is about a 1/4 cup of frozen berries. Must only be the mixture of rasp, blue and black. NO strawberries because they are too big to chew frozen and I'm not too fond of them anyways.

Then for drink I use president's choice organic, with pulp, not from concentrate florida orange juice. Unfortunately it's pasteurized but I have not found an un-pasteurized orange juice drink that meets my criteria.

Hmm well I don't have so much for the $$ ingredients, but my breakfast smoothie is usually:

1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tb flax seeds
2 cups spinach
water/ice to taste

It's pretty good!

Mango juice
Orange juice
Flax seed
Almonds
Spinach or Cucumber
Banana
Mixed berries

That's usually what I put in smoothies.

I almost always have this:

3-4 spoons of ground chia seeds
5-6 bananas
handful of blackberries
some water
I put all in blender, pulse it few times, and then I'm in heaven:)

My breakfast is almost always:

Combined in a bowl:
A selection of seasonal fruits (plus imported bananas, I can't give em up - but to be fair I often dumpster them)
Almonds, Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds
A tablespoon(ish) of flax seed oil
soy lecithin
lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar
A spoon of unhulled tahini
often some cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Do some yoga or Kum Nye and then enjoy this, a great start to the day! :)
