my pre and post workout intake, yours ?

right now:

pre workout:

1 tsp creatine monohydrate

2 tbsp L-Carnatine

1 tbsp muscle http://www.iwantmuscle.com

mixed with orange juice in a glass

 

post workout:

1 tsp creatine monohydrate

1 tbsp MCT (medium chain tryglicerides)

2 tbsp L-Carnatine

1 tbsp muscle http://www.iwantmuscle.com

300ML so good original classic

1/4 cup organic hemp protein

[ 2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds

2 tbsp ground flax seeds ] - if not taken at breakfast

frozen blue, black, rasp berries

added together and blended.

 

lately my workouts have been going to 90 minutes of hot yoga.

pre - 5 to 7 bananas + 3 to 4 spoons ground chia

post - 2 to 3 bananas and after 1 hour tons of hummus or lentil-hummus, with tahini, or potatoes, or quinoa...

 

i noticed you really eat lots of bananas. are they the organic variety ?

no, the regular ones. no organic bananas here

I eat lots of fruit in gerneral. I know it is full of pesticides, but i drink clay to detox and pray to god
