Rob_T Posted January 1, 2011 Share Posted January 1, 2011 right now:pre workout:1 tsp creatine monohydrate2 tbsp L-Carnatine 1 tbsp muscle http://www.iwantmuscle.commixed with orange juice in a glass post workout:1 tsp creatine monohydrate1 tbsp MCT (medium chain tryglicerides)2 tbsp L-Carnatine 1 tbsp muscle http://www.iwantmuscle.com300ML so good original classic1/4 cup organic hemp protein[ 2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds2 tbsp ground flax seeds ] - if not taken at breakfastfrozen blue, black, rasp berriesadded together and blended. lately my workouts have been going to 90 minutes of hot yoga. sosso Posted January 1, 2011 Share Posted January 1, 2011 Mine's nothing fancy.. Pre - whatever I have for breakfast, then 1 tsp creatine in water about 20 minutes before workout.
