Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Hey all,

I've posted this before. We have a bug in our system and have for years.....when you choose to "email" me via forum it gives my own email address to reply to, therefore I have to check the forum user name who sent it, login, copy and paste and make a reply via PM, so please simply just wrote to robert@veganbodybuilding.com anytime you want to email me.

Since I can't reply to forum emails I often forget about them and then fail to get back to people via PM. So either PM me directly or better yet robert@veganbodybuilding.com because that will go to my Blackberry and I can reply right away.
