I'm glad his body responds well to such a low protein diet. This is not true for the majority of bodybuilders though. :|

True, FH, not to mention that without knowing what his physique was before going fruitarian, it's impossible to know what was actually "built" on the diet vs. being maintained on the diet. Those two factors can be worlds apart, of course :wink:

Yeah, I would assume that if he looks better now it's due to fat loss, not muscle being built.

Not that I'm very big, but he also only looks like 145 pounds. No offense to anyone that weight or under....he looks ripped but doesn't seem to have much muscle.

Fruit can make you lean for sure, as well as any mono diet or low calorie diet and exercise with low fat consumption can make one ripped.
