robert
A quick list of books that were really helpful to me are: Food Revolution by John Robbins Diet For A New America by John Robbins Fit for Life by Harvey Diamond Thrive by Brendan Brazier And lots more, I'll have to check the titles and re-post to add them to the list. godesslissa
I was looking online for bodybuilding books and came across one that I thought might be worth picking up called Natural Bodybuilding by John Hansen. Has anyone here read it? I have quite a few books on health and nutrition, but nothing on strength training/bodybuilding.
Over40
Here is a list of the few books over the years that I have found worth the time, concerning weightlifting, vegetarianism, etc. Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices: What's Missing from your Diet by Norman Walker Vegetarian's Guide to Diet and Salad Suggestions by Norman Walker Raw Power! by Stephen Arlin Building the Classical Physique by Steve Reeves And there are several books by Bill Pearl that are supposed to be excellent. I may have gotten the titles wrong on the books by Norman Walker. If you are interested go to Amazon and enter his name in their search engine.
