I'm trying veganism for the first time and I work out 5 days a week (weights/cardio). I was wondering, although I may not compete, what meal plan would one recommend for a bikini competition?
I would need to decrease body fat and increase muscle tone.
Anything else on your mind that you would like to discuss with other like-minded people.
