 Post subject: Working out with a cold..

I don't want this cold to get in the way of my workouts. Any tips on what to do to make it easier?? Skip cardio??

Take a day off, your body is stressed enough fighting whatever bug you have. Eat lots of carrots, beets and fermented foods.

I'd agree with taking some time off but I'd say don't eat anything. Take a fast in fact. Now I have no proof that works, and its something I read while educating myself on natural hygiene, but it makes a lot of sense to me. It is a fact that digesting food adds to stress and relaxed bowels = a much more relaxed body. You need as little stress as possible when fighting "invaders".

I just ate a crapload of peanutbutter. I think it was a bas idea.. I will probably go tomorrow and skip cardio and do some light weights to start out with. I do a juice fast when my IBS acts up and it does help that actually.
