Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

I saw the film Vegucated more than anyone else this summer, primarily because I was on tour with Forks Over Knives and Marisa, the producer of Vegucated was at many of the same events.

I sincerely enjoyed the film Vegucated and was pleased to see it featured on CNN today!

While on tour I met Jane Valez-Mitchell in New Orleans a couple of years ago and she is awesome too.

Cool to have veganism reaching out to mainstream audiences in all kinds of ways! This is going to be an outstanding year for vegan awareness around the globe!

I just finished watching this! I thought it was really well done. I think everyone should see it, and Forks Over Knives. Maybe then everyone will wake up!

I want to see it and I hope it is made available on Netflix.
