Martha Stewart Speaks Out

#1 Postby HorseSense » Thu Feb 23, 2012 12:22 pm

Have noticed she has a segment on every show now where she highlights animals, and has a pet(s?) of her own. Maybe she is finding her true calling in life.

High carb, low fat, whole foods. Any questions?

She did a vegan episode awhile back where she had a few different vegan guests. One of her daughters is vegan. She said on the episode that she would start including more vegan meals in her magazine. I don't buy the magazine so I'm not sure if that actually happened or what.

I've always really liked Martha Stewart, and Oprah for that matter.

Her "Whole Living" magazine does gave a lot of vegetarian or vegan recipes in it, at least the one edition I've seen.
