I guess in Switzerland last November at a "rave" of some sort some a-holes decided to give some dolphins some artificial form of heroin (oxycontin possibly?). It says it may have been accidentally dumped, that is some b.s. I'm sure some ruthless bastards just thought it'd be funny to get the dolphins high.
