18th year as a vegan

#1 Postby robert » Fri Dec 07, 2012 8:37 pm

On December 8th I begin my 18th year as a vegan.

I started out weighing around 120 pounds as a 15 year old. I wasn't much bigger when this photo was taken when I was probably around 16 year old:

Notice that little vein in my arm holding the sign? Surely that meant I was destined to pick up some weights. 10 years later, at age 25, that vein grew a bit bitter and I was full on into bodybuilding:

I probably peaked around age 29 with bodybuilding (not with hairstyle):

I'm running these days and enjoying the change of pace.

Running for 3 hours tomorrow. Gotta rest up and get ready for it.

Should be fun!
