I don't know if anyone gets this, but quite a bit of the time I feel tired, go to bed and then feel far too "awake"

Nope, I've been doing this for years. Even when I was fat, unfit and never worked out :)

iam a poor sleeper, so i get up at 5.25 everyday to make sure iam tired enough in the evening to sleep. ive heard ZMA is a good supplement to help with deep sleep.

Artificial lights keep you awake, so don't watch tv or use phones etc right before you try to sleep. Stretching before sleep always helps a lot so give it a try.

I think it's a lot of things for me. I do use a computer up until bedtime, I drink tea with caffeine in and so on.

It didn't affect me when I was younger but now.. getting old
