Had a lot of very good info, but I'm looking for something that explains more Macros.... so I can build my own menu.... Don't want a pre set menu.... I work out a lot, been doing crossfit for about a year and I want to loose the extra FAT!!! My diet needs to change, and Im ready for something new....
