I have heard and read that due to the body slowing down and levels of testosterone and certain lubricating fluids, aminos that body building can be a real challenge for someone who is say in their 50's like myself and especially if they haven't been consistently working out all those years. Any comments?

Thanks

I dont think age is a factor, most natural bodybuilders dont reach their peak until they hit their 40s and 50s. It takes most natural bodybuilders decades of hard work to achieve the kind of muscle maturity they desire or require (if competing). Test levels do decrease in the average person as they age, however if someone has been training hard for years and eating right they are not an average person.

Give the body the right stimulus and time to recover, eat well and the body WILL growth, regardless of age.

Best

Rob
