Big K,

Congratulations my friend! Great work buddy, I know you will have a lot of fun working and helping others.

Imagine that, a vegan personal trainer who is near 300 lbs! That is pretty amazing, you must be one of the biggest and strongest in your entire gym.

Have a great day man,

Robert

ya that is one of the books that changed my life.

I also recommend Food Revolution by John Robbins, and "Breaking the Food Seduction" by Neil Barnard.

Great stuff. :D

Congratulations from me, too, man!
Where are you located? I want to send some people around :D

@compassionate girl:
Do you think it's worth reading when you're already vegan? I've read the two by Robbins, do i need the other one?
Of course, you can never get enough info, but then again, maybe it's repeating much? And i don't feel seduced by unvegan food one bit :)

Sorry, kollision (collision with what btw? ;-) ), but i don't know what a PT is. (Bro is short for brother, right? Or did you mean pro?) ...

Sorry, but English is a foreign language to me...

Man who walks through Day,

I believe he's asking if you are a Personal Trainer (PT) Sometimes we also refer to Physical Therapist at PT too, but since Kollision is now a certified Personal Trainer, I think that is what he was asking.

Big K, any job prospects yet? What are some of your future plans?

Keep us up to date big man. When you get new record lifts, let us know in the Personal Bests section.

Take care bros!
