In a few hours I'm leaving with my family to go hiking in the Smoky Mountains in North Carolina for a week, then to visit relatives in New Jersey and Staten Island for another week. I'll see you all online when I get back. Stay strong! VEGAN POWER!!!

Will,

When you get back I will have shattered your 350 push-up mark! :lol:

I did 100 as a warm-up before my workout at that took about 10 minutes, as I was switching from push-ups to sit-ups, doing both before the workout.

So check for the new number when you return.

Probably too late to get to you, but HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!!!!!
