vegan horseradish?

anyone know of any? i miss horseradish and it seems like it'd be easy enough to make without eggs.

Hi Tetsuo, if you can find the Epicure brand, that is just horseradish puree, and you just add a touch to some soy creem (never come across it with eggs), for horseradish sauce, or to a plain bechemel if wanting some thing a bit thicker.

Have you thought about growing it yourself, its an easy plant to grow. If you do, I'd suggest grating it outside with a breeze at your back and wearing a face mask - trust me with this, it makes strong onions feel like a doddle :lol:
