Do you guys know the book Strength Training Anatomy by Frédéric Delavier? I can recommend it, because of the great drawings.

I've got that, I wouldn't go for the "Female" version though. It cuts out a lot of exercises & throws in a few rubbish "typical girl" exercises. That's no offence to the ladies of the board, but I couldn't think of a better way to say it. These book-publishers do seem to think girls just wave those pink dumbbells about like they're trying to fly or something? It would annoy me sensless (no offense Senseless-if you're on this board too! :lol: )
