Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

my goal was to grow my hair for 1 year, and the sole purpose was to donate it to Locks of Love. my hair was just over the 10" mark so this morning I cut if off.

first I had to cut it off and put it all in one pile

I put my hair inside a plastic bag, and then inside a padded envelope
here's my package, its all done and ready

Dude! I had long-ass hair*, and when I shaved it off, I tried to find somewhere to donate to, and the people I contacted said that there is no use for human hair! I wish I'd known there was a place to donate to when I did it, I would have done, and now it seems like a waste.



*NOTE long-ass hair, not long ass-hair.

I just finished saying how much I loved the recent photos with your long hair, but I'll also agree, the shaved head looks awesome on you too.

I know you've been planning on donating the hair for a long time so congrats on finally reaching the 10-inch mark to donate it. Thanks for documenting it through photos, that was really cool to see.

my sister is doing well. she has some sort of intestinal problem the doctors are trying to figure out. I figure cause she doesnt get enough fiber. and after all different medicines, the last thing doctors concluded was that she needed more fiber. they should have looked in to nutrition in the first place....::shakes head:::

so many doctors rely on drugs, instead of nutrition. ::sigh:::

but yeh anyway, my sister and I went on a walk the other day in my yard, and we hung out on our front porch. it was fun. she is now in a phase of grabbing our hands (she's tactile defensive) and escorting us around everywhere she wants to go. its soo cute.

yeh I dont have the shaved head for looks, but its not that bad.
yep 1 year I been planning, I made a promise to a friend that I would do it in a year, and I did.
and in due time, I am gonna grow it back to donate it again.

yeh man youre an inspiration to me. of course I keep ya on the wall.

orientation went extremely well. I have another thread posted about it.



I know Im not as "pretty" without my hair, but it was for a good cause, so I have no regrets. others come before me.

Hey Rob, don't you agree Topher looks great - maybe you should put up pictures of HIM on YOUR wall! You two and all the others here are such a big motivation boost for me, i can't tell you!

First: looks are a case for TASTE, i personally like your short hair better, but okay, you probably care more about what the girls say

Second: No one comes before you! No one!! And no one comes behind you, also!! Sometimes it's hard to see, but one shouldn't sacrifice himself for others as well as one shouldn't egoistically abuse others. I don't mean you, just in general I think it's great that you donated the hair, i just disliked the last sentence
